NEW OWNERS AGREEMENT

A completed agreement is required prior to any placement, Future owner (you) agree to each of these statements, before contacting us.. Once read and you fill out form, you are acknowledging and agreeing to a dog rehoming contract. In contact form, please acknowledge this in a short statement. We will contact you shortly.

You agree to never turn the animal over to a shelter/rescue, or transfer ownership without prior notice, as we must approve the home as to prevent cruelty to the animal. Doing so without notification is a breach of the ownership agreement. Arizona Hybrid Association will always rehome him or her if needed at anytime for any reason, and there is no cost envolved in doing so, with regards to transport the animal which is the owners responsibility to do so, until animal is released to our care.

You confirm that You are at least 21 Years old.

You agree that you own your home or have your landlord's permission for a pet.

You agree to properly care for the animal. This includes Vet check ups, proper feeding and regular exercise and proper containment for a wolfdog (please see article on our site). Proper containment is not a chain or rope. Wolf dogs need a safe place to be placed in securely when non attended as to prevent distress to wolfdog and owner.

You agree to not abuse Your Pet. All northern breeds/wolfdogs can be stubborn and You understand You will need to be firm but not be abusive, you further agree to seek and pursue education on this breed.

You understand that all dogs need proper socializing and training or they will have behavior issues as adults (please see articles on our site) This would also include housebreaking. Arizona Hybrid Association takes no responsibility for misconduct of a animal that has been released from us an into the new owner home, or property.

You have checked to make sure wolfdogs/hybrids are legal in Your State and county. We will not place any animal into any state or county where it is illegal, so do not ask.

We employ a non refundable policy on all deposits, if a puppy becomes unavailable for any reason, your deposit will roll over until a puppy becomes available or can be applied to available adoptee.

Your agree further that any delivered animal may have risk involved in the transporting process. Refunds will not be given for any problem during transport. We offer to transport your animal via Air in person, hand delivered for a fee. This fee is starting at $550.00* and may be subject to change without notice due to flight costs ect, but both parties must agree to the shipping details(WE WILL FLY TO MOST MAJOR AIRPORTS TO HAND DELIVER). We do not ship animals alone unless otherwise stated and agreed apon, as sometimes the animal is to young or may be stressed. Animals are never shipped alone, we prefer hand delivery.

You Understand that (ARIZONA HYBRIDS ASSOCIATION WILL NOT) pay any Veterinary expenses once the ANIMAL is released into your care. Animals will be vaccinated accordingly and by us before a home placement,, you are responsible for the further vaccination schedule and all vet bills incurred..

All adoptions or reservation monies are non refundable unless animal shall pass away prior to delivery or agreed home placement, at that time it is fully refundable.
